I’m a customer - how do I check my points?
Scan the business’s Rewardse QR code. Your loyalty card opens instantly in the app, or in your browser if you haven’t installed it - no account setup required beyond a phone number or email.
How do I sign my business up?
Use the Start for Business button to open the merchant portal. You’ll create your business card, get seed offers localised to your city, and can publish your first offer in under a minute.
Why won’t the offer builder let me create a flat discount?
By design. Rewardse rewards behaviour that lifts your bill - upsizes, add-ons, bundles, off-peak visits - rather than discounting items customers were already buying. The builder steers you to one of seven margin-safe mechanics and flags margin-leaking patterns.
What does it cost?
$10/month or $100/year (two months free). Every plan includes all seven mechanics, win-back automation, offer-health protection, analytics, and six-city localisation, with unlimited scans and members.
Which cities and currencies are supported?
Johannesburg (ZAR), Bali (IDR/USD), Melbourne (AUD), Seattle (USD), Mexico City (MXN), and Glasgow (GBP). The mechanics are identical everywhere; currency, copy, reward menu, and schedules localise.
